Shotlocks are powerful, multi-hit attacks that use a 'Focus Gauge' within Birth by Sleep to activate. The gauge must be full before you are allowed to activate any Shotlock and have it run its full course. Shotlocks are also unprotected moves, allowing enemies to interrupt you while you are trying to activate it.
In RP only one Shotlock will be allowed per battle, and only on the condition that Ven has not been hit earlier in the battle and that he is not hit during his 'focus time'. If he's hit, then his focus will be broken and the Shotlock will go unused.
Shotlocks will only be able to do significant damage to Adult Level Digimon and below. Higher leveled Digimon will still take the hits, but they will not do as much damage.
Since Shotlocks are such high energy attacks, they will drain Ven, leaving him open and vulnerable after the attack has run its course.
|Shotlock Name || ||Focus Time |
|Cloak yourself in ice and rush targets repeatedly.||Three Seconds|
|Launch a salvo of projectiles that poison targets.||Three Seconds|

|Launch a single salvo of electric blasts. Even one blast by itself packs a significant punch.||Seven Seconds|
Command Styles are Command focused styles that are activated by using certain types of Commands. Thunder based Commands can activate Thunder Bolt, while fire based Commands can activate Firestorm, etc. In RP using Command Styles will require using at least five of a type of Command that can activate the goal Basic Style, and three additional Commands to activate the goal Advanced Style.
Only two Command Styles will be allowed per battle, either by activating one and letting it run its course before activating another. Or by activating a Basic Style followed by an Advanced Style.
Command Styles will last four minutes before getting to their finisher no matter how many enemies he strikes.
|Basic Styles|| |

The finisher consists of Ventus jumping in the air with his blades pointed downward; Ventus lands and causes a flash of light that damages nearby enemies. Keyblades are weapons used within the Kingdom Hearts universe just like swords, even though most Keyblades lack a sharp edge. They are very effective weapons against Heartless, Nobodies and Unversed, however they also attract Heartless like a homing beacon. The length of the blade can be increased by certain attacks. A wielder can even fight with two different Keyblades at the same time, allowing for different types of combos. The Keyblade's main power is to seal or open barriers between various worlds and to lock a the keyholes of various worlds. Keyblades can also open any other lock, door, chest, etc.
The power to wield a Keyblade is inherited by someone with a strong heart. Normally it requires you be chosen as a current wielder's successor, however some characters in the series have become Keyblade wielder's without this happening. Terra somewhat mockingly says the words of succession before offering him his wooden practice Keyblade.
Keyblades also act as magical conduits, making it easier for the wielder to cast magical attacks. Certain Keyblades can even enhance some kinds of magic. Keyblades are also the only weapon that can completely destroy a Heartless. While other weapons can destroy the immediate threat of a Heartless, they will eventually come back.
Keyblades can change form by changing out the Keyblade's keychain. By changing the keychain, the Keyblade gains different strength and magic boosts. Ventus wields his Keyblade with a backhanded grip and prefers shorter Keyblades. His original Keyblade is named Wayward Wind, and it is this Keyblade that his glider forms from. However during his travels he managed to collect a number of different keychains that he can attach to his Keyblade.
